Shipping and Refund Policy:
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Processing and shipping for listed Press-On Nails takes 1–3 business days from the date of purchase (Monday–Saturday). Carrier shipping times may vary based on location and service provider.
Can I return, exchange, or get a refund?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available, so please make your selection carefully.

How do I measure my nails?
Follow these simple steps to get the perfect fit for your press-on nails:
1. Materials Needed: Transparent tape and a millimeter ruler.
2. Apply Tape: Place a small piece of tape over the widest part of your nail bed.
3. Mark the Edges: Use a pen to mark where your nail begins and ends on the tape.
4. Measure: Place the tape on the millimeter side of the ruler to measure the distance between the dots.
5. Record Your Measurements: Repeat for all nails and share your sizes with us for a custom fit!

What should I do when I receive my nails?

Our kits are designed to make applying your press-ons fun, stress-free, and easy. Get ready to slay your custom nails with confidence!
Can I reuse my press-on nails?
Absolutely! With proper care, our press-on nails are reusable.
• Adhesive Tabs: Reuse your nails up to 10+ times with adhesive tabs, ideal for quick glam looks or special occasions.
• Nail Glue: For longer wear, use the provided nail glue. With proper care and removal, your nails can last 2+ weeks and remain reusable.
Party Services FAQ
How far does Loved Beyond Nailz travel for party services?
Our standard pricing includes travel up to 30 miles from our location. Additional travel fees will apply for events beyond this radius and will be discussed during the consultation.
How many hours are required for services?
A minimum of 2 hours is required for hourly service bookings unless otherwise specified.
Are payment plans available for services?
Yes! A 50% deposit is required at the time of contract signing to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to the event. All pricing is subject to an 8.25% Texas tax rate.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once to a new date within 6 months of the original event.

What are your safety protocols?
At Loved Beyond Nailz, safety and cleanliness are our priorities.
• Disposable gloves are used for every service.
• Files and buffers are single-use only.
• Metal tools are sterilized using hospital-grade disinfectant and autoclaves.
• Surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients.
We do not provide services to clients with contagious medical conditions to ensure everyone’s safety.
What if I’m diabetic?
We are happy to provide services with extra care to ensure your safety and comfort.
What if I bite my nails?
If your nails are bleeding, we ask that you wait until they heal before booking an appointment.
Do you offer drinks?
Yes! As a New Orleans native, I love creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy complimentary wine during your visit!
What is your cancellation policy?
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% service fee.
• No-shows or late arrivals (over 15 minutes) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Please note these policies are in place to respect everyone’s time, including yours.
Can I get a refund if I didn’t like my service?
We have a strict no-refund policy. However, if you are dissatisfied, notify us during your service or within 24 hours, and we will schedule a correction. Complimentary repairs are available within 5 days for chipping or lost nails.
